Gig break after Alternative Party

I'll take break for a few months and won't be doing more live gigs until next summer, unless something very special turns up.
This is simply because preparing the gigs takes quite a lot of time (I want to keep them unique), time is always limited, and
I want to focus more on producing new tracks. So, if you want to see a Byproduct live gig in the near future, do come to
Alternative Party (23-25 October @ Kaapelitehdas), where I'll be warming up Dope Stars Inc. with a 1-hour live set. :) And
check out Alternative Party otherwise too, it's going to be really interesting. See the programme at: http://www.altparty.org/2009/programme.html .

Come say hi if you're there as well, I don't often get a chance to leave Finland. :) -- The gig at Elektaa5i last Saturday went nicely. I uploaded
some photos in my blog and irc-gallery account. -- Also, I submitted the One Must Fall 2097 and Shatterhand remixes to OCremix.org.

No Endless Summer Party this year, thanks to some jerk in the Asikkala municipality administration. Too bad, it's always been such a wonderful event.
Anyway, for now it seems my next live gig will be on September 9th, in Lahti city centre. The event is called "Elektaa5i", and as before, it takes
place among other happenings in "taiteiden yo" ("night of the arts"), "taidelauantai" ("art
Saturday") or whatever they decide to call it this year.
More info later.

will be added to the site soon, and the tracklist can be found in the info box in the player (no point

Hi again. Here's a track called "Starburst" i dug up from the archives. It's from 2005, so the sound quality is quite horrible, but if you can get
over it and you enjoy computer game music, click on the title to download. It has a kind of original and not too serious tone to it. Dancefloor stuff,
in other words. I've played this in quite a few live gigs. - Speaking of which, I'll be playing in an event called [meiv:] here in Tampere on June
28th. Our studio moves to another place so it's time for one last goodbye party.

Sorry for the continous block of text - Google reader seems to disregard my attempts at line breaks. Apparently something called "Really Simple
Syndication" is too complex for me to manage. Har. Anyway, here's a relatively new track, finished only a couple of months ago. Silly happy tune, and
quite simple, but it just might bring a smile to someone's face. Insipired by key generator music, hence the name. I won't put it in the official
site, since I'll be using a couple of these instruments and riffs in a more serious production, but I guess the C64 leads justify its existence. It
also (hopefully) shows how the mixdown and sound quality in
general has gone up a notch with the bigger PA at the studio (I used to produce with just headphones and small speakers at home). Click on the link to
download.

On to the promised bonus tracks. This one is a breaks track with some psy squeeks here and there, composed early 2007.
It sounds like some of my older stuff, and the mixdown is kind of funny, especially the bass frequencies,
so I haven't posted this as an official track anywhere, but otherwise it's not too horrible so here you go.
I've played it on a few live gigs (hence the long and boring intro and outro). Click on the header to download.
